| Recycled Art It’s amazing what items can be used for artwork. You will be wowed at the works of art that will be created with the items that normally end up in the recycle bin. Minimum Age: 4 Wednesdays, July 9-August 6 $29/5 classes |
| Outdoor Fun Your child will enjoy learning about fishing, hiking, gardening, camping and much more. Minimum Age: 4 Thursdays, July 10-August 7 $29/5 classes |
| Fun Camp From 9-3pm each day, Fun Time Junction will morph into a summer camp developed just for our little ones. Your three and/or four year olds will enjoy a variety of activities just like the big campers; stories, singing, crafts, field trips around town, pool days (on full day registrations only), and individual and small group play. Campers can come for either a half-day; 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon or a full day; 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. as few as one day a week or as many as five days a week. Lunch will be provided to campers who attend a full day. Fun Time Junction will be open daily at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 5:30 p.m. to further accommodate your child care needs. Three, four and five year olds can participate in preschool swim lessons if they attend Monday through Friday (see information below). Our staff will walk your child to and from swim lessons daily. There is a separate fee to attend swim lessons. Monday through Friday, June 9- August 8 (no program July 4 ) |

| Preschool Swim Lessons Your child will develop a high comfort level in and around the water and a readiness to swim. However, this level will not teach your child to be an accomplished swimmer or how to survive in the water. Ages 3-5 Monday thru Friday $31/9 classes

| Lil’ Pint Soccer Dribbling, passing and shooting will be taught through fun games and drills. Great for your child’s coordination and self esteem. Our main objective is to have fun. Instruction is provided by All Star Sports. Minimum Age: 3 $55/7 classes

School Year 9 month DCFS Licensed Program for 3, 4, & 5 year olds

The STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES CERTIFICATE OF CHILD HEALTH EXAMINATION, available above, is the required immunization form (and checklist) for all programs licensed by DCFS. Although this form is not due to us until your child’s preschool orientation in September of 2008, we thought the sooner you receive it, the better because it provides you with more time to schedule a doctor appointment for your child. Please note that TB and lead screening assessments are required for all children enrolled in DCFS licensed programs. You are required to have your child’s doctor note on the immunization form or on his/her letterhead that your child has been assessed for lead and TB.
