Online Registration Procedures - Villa Park Recreation

For your convenience...
The Villa Park Recreation Department offers online registration.

Please follow the steps below to use this convenient service:
(Please note that the application & waiver need only be completed once per year.)

Print and complete the Online Registration Application.
Print and complete the Online Registration Waiver/Release Form.
Drop off, fax, or mail the completed forms to:

The Villa Park Recreation Department will mail confirmation when the above forms have been processed.

After receipt of the confirmation, you may begin registering online!

Your Online Registration privileges are valid for one year after the date of confirmation. You must complete an Online Registration Application & Waiver yearly for your household.

Villa Park residents may register for summer programs beginning May 6, 2008.
Registrations will be processed on a first come first served basis.

Early Bird Registration
Register through May 17, 2008 and receive $3 off the advertised fee on most programs. Credits or refunds will not be issued if the $3 is not deducted at time of payment.

Nonresidents may register immediately however, the registration will not be processed until Monday, May 19, 2008. Non-residents must pay an additional $3 per program and all registrations will be processed on a first come first served basis.

You will not receive a confirmation of your registration.
We will contact you if a program is full or another problem exists.

Program fees will not be prorated.
If you register after the start of a program, you will be required to pay the full program fee.

The age groups we have identified for each of our programs are only recommendations.
