Discover Dance

All dancers must be the proper age by the first day of class.  All classes meet for 19 weeks and are 55 minutes long except for the Creative Dance classes which are 45 minutes long.  This session concludes with a recital in March.  Proper dance attire is mandatory.

2010-2011 Discover Dance Performance Teams

Tryouts will be held this year on Saturday, August 21 at the Iowa Community Center. 

Ages: 5-7                     12:15-1:15 pm

Ages: 8 and older        1:30-2:30 pm

Dance Shoe Exchange

Does your child have dance shoes that they have grown out of? Does your child need a larger shoe size or different shoe color for the recital and you’d love to save some money?  Well the SHOE EXCHANGE is just what you need!

We have a collection of different styles, colors and sizes of dance shoes that have been donated by dance participants.  If the shoes you are looking for are in our collection, please feel free to take what you need.  You can add a pair or two of shoes to our donations just drop them off at the office. We ask that your donated shoes are in GOOD condition and not torn or stained. If the shoes you are looking for are not available in our collection, simply fill out a request form and drop it off in the office.
